Request deletion / 삭제 요청 방법

1. Email the contact above with the subject “MIRAE / WOLDAM data deletion”. / 위 이메일로 “미래 / 월담 데이터 삭제 요청” 제목으로 보내주세요.
2. Specify the service and records you want deleted (account, reading inputs/results, or other records). / 이용 서비스와 삭제할 범위를 알려주세요.
3. We will arrange verification and identification of the relevant records before deletion. / 삭제 전 본인 확인과 대상 기록 확인 절차를 안내합니다.

Do not send passwords, login codes, cookies, access tokens or identity documents. / 비밀번호·인증번호·쿠키·토큰·신분증을 보내지 마세요.

You can delete a saju card immediately with Delete my card now on the card. Other records are deleted by email request as described here. Disconnecting Google or Facebook does not itself delete records held by this service. Old reading records may be stored separately from your login account and require additional identification.

사주 카드는 카드 화면의 Delete my card now 버튼으로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 기록은 이 안내에 따라 이메일로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. Google·Facebook 연결 해제만으로 서비스 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 기존 사주 기록은 로그인 계정과 별도로 저장되어 대상 확인이 추가로 필요할 수 있습니다.

New MIRAE reports created from 17 September 2026 at 12:06:34 UTC are retained for 3 calendar months (Free) or 12 calendar months (Deluxe and Premium), starting from the first successful response that makes the final or partial result available. Reopening or regenerating does not extend this period. After expiry, access is blocked immediately and the registered report archive, original result and generation traces are deleted by scheduled cleanup with retries. Payment and order records are retained separately; expiry is not account deletion.

2026년 9월 17일 21:06:34 KST 이후 새 MIRAE 결과는 최초 성공한 최종 또는 부분 결과 응답부터 무료 3개월, 디럭스·프리미엄 12개월간 보관합니다. 재열람·재생성으로 기간이 연장되지 않습니다. 만료 즉시 조회가 차단되며 등록된 보관본·원본 결과·생성 추적은 예약 정리 및 재시도로 삭제합니다. 결제·주문 기록은 별도로 보관하며 만료는 계정 삭제가 아닙니다.

The archive contains report text and restricted generation metadata, including recorded failures, retries, timings and token/cost estimates, for administration and quality analysis. It does not add raw prompts, raw provider responses or input profiles to the new archive. Older reports and separate opt-in quality copies follow their existing policies; restricted infrastructure backups follow provider retention and are not used for quality review. Member records remain until a verified deletion request. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Signing out does not delete records.

보관본에는 결과 본문과 기록된 실패·재시도·시간·토큰·추정 비용 등 제한된 생성 메타정보가 포함되며 관리 및 품질 분석에 사용됩니다. 새 보관 DB에는 raw prompt·제공자 응답 원문·입력 프로필을 추가하지 않습니다. 이전 결과와 별도 동의한 품질 사본은 기존 정책, 제한된 인프라 백업은 제공자 보관 정책을 따르며 품질 검토에 사용하지 않습니다. 회원 기록은 본인 확인된 삭제 요청 전까지 보관하고 확인 후 30일 이내 처리합니다. 로그아웃은 기록 삭제가 아닙니다.
